Accountability: Without it we are reckless. ~ Dr. Donna

Accountability is two-fold.

  1. When you and those around you are being Personally Accountable you provide great rewards and recognition.
  2. When you and those around you are being Unaccountable you provide feedback, coaching, development, discipline and accountability.

Let’s be honest, it is much easier to be unaccountable and let things slide. There is a tremendous amount of effort to hold yourself and others Personally Accountable on the daily basis. REAL Leaders Know that holding themselves and others Personally Accountable is the key to ensure that you don’t become reckless. And being reckless leads to dangerous situations with dangerous outcomes.

When you hold yourself and others Personally Accountable Daily, it leads to the best outcomes on the daily basis.

So no more letting others and yourself slide or others slide. The answer is simple: Every daily problem that we have as human beings, is to hold ourselves and others Personally Accountable. When we understand this, we can then focus on best outcomes daily instead of bad outcomes daily.
