Personal Accountability (A is for Advance) : TheTurnAroundDoctor.com

Advance

I’m not one for starting anything with the definition of a word. Which is why I used these two sentences first.

Advance ~ To Make Progress.

I have one simple question for you:

Do you advance daily on purpose?

Here’s how you can prove to yourself if the answer to this question is, “Yes,” or “No.”

Look at your past 30 days, what action(s) did you take/make on purpose every single day?

I use the phrase, “It’s in your daily,” often because it’s true.

The sleep you get, the food you eat, the behaviors you have, the information, the knowledge, the relationships, the work you do…(and I could go on and on), you get my point. (My list is long enough yet short enough that I still have your attention). Guess I did it on purpose!

So what’s my point?

Life is not lived in “Milestone Moments.” You and you alone make the decision to live it day-in and day-out.

You and you alone make the decision to either advance day-in and day-out, or you don’t advance day-in and day-out.

One final question:

Do you advance daily on purpose?
