Two words that mean so much and are used so infrequently…thank you. ~ Dr Donna

When was the last time that you told someone, thank you?

We would all like to be thanked for the work that we do.

When we take the time to give thanks for a task performed well, it establishes a rapport with the other person. You’re telling the person the work you do matters and I value it.

Exercise:

Begin to say, “Thank You,” to everyone that performs a task or service for you. This will include your children, spouse/significant other, family friends, people you work with, peers etc. You will feel great when you say it, and they will feel great after hearing it.

Sincerely saying, “Thank You,” goes along way.
