Just to be clear REAL Leaders Proceed to Read, Losers Leave…

I used to call it the dump and run during my Corporate Years. Employees would come to my office ask to close the door and off they went, complaining, they don’t like _________, it’s not fair ________.

#StrategicAdvice: I finally developed a strategy to separate the complainers from the real people who actually wanted to solve real issues. I said no more Dump & Run, when you bring an issue to me you need to have 1–3 strategy possible solutions.

It was like magic, that Dr. Donna Magic, 80–85% of the issues magically disappeared. Giving everyone time to work towards what actually mattered.

If you find that you’re on the receiving end of the Dump & Run, implement the 1–3 strategy immediately. It will change your life and your business.

One of the many reasons that I no longer attend in-person meetings is the direct result of the lip servers. The purpose of meetings are to create alignment, set action items and then go execute those action items.

Losers have turned meetings into, events and competitions for invisible meaningless trophies.

We all only have 24 hours in a day and REAL Leaders will never waste your time talking, talking, and more talking, only to schedule yet another meeting because nothing was accomplished during the current meeting.

#StrategicAdvice: Meetings are 30 minutes or less with only key personnel. All meetings must have a timed agenda with a designated facilitator and Time Keeper. Meetings start on time and end on time. Anyone who cannot adhere to those guidelines cannot attend any future meetings.

This purpose of above tweet was to clarify the difference between Dr. Donna Thomas-Rodgers and every other, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Business Consultant, etc. I’m not them and they’re not me. So, STOP saying, “Oh you’re like…” cause it’s not a compliment it’s an insult.

Let’s Clarify Some things

I am NOT a life coach with an online certificate that anyone with a credit card and 6 hours can obtain. I didn’t attend some “Six-Week Leadership 6-Course,” offered online, to the masses at a discounted rate after attending some worthless, non-value-added seminar, workshop, or conference.

My degrees, credentials, awards and certifications were earned over decades by studying, working extremely hard, overcoming a multitude of challenge and obstacles, living through and excelling in real world, boots on the ground experiences. So, no, I don’t work with anybody simply because you can “afford” a Turn Around. I’ve got standards, and EVERYONE applies to become a client.

Now BACK to YOU

People often ask why I never share my client list or display photos of me with clients at events. Because my client list and sessions are all confidential.

It’s really simple, either you want a Turn Around because YOU’RE ready to do the work to become a REAL Leader and leave Loserville forever, or you’re not ready.

Knowing who my clients are, will NEVER give YOU a Turn Around.

BTW, as a REAL Leader I would NEVER use my clients to recruit new clients or to use them to validate my “expertise.” That’s something Loser’s created to overcompensate for their less than stellar skill sets.

My Final Thoughts…

The Turn Around is for the Leaders who want effective lasting change to become their best. It doesn’t always feel good but it sure does deliver one heck of an ROI!
