60-Second-Strategy: Why Small Teams Are Better

Why Small Teams Are Better

--

The more people on the team the less gets accomplished.

Why?

Because, there are too many filters, egos and hoops that need to be jumped through to get aligned.

Too many alternate agendas and then people begin to wonder “Who’s gonna get the credit."

There’s also the tendency for the slackers to slack off and hide.

One of the best parts of small teams is that there is nowhere to run or hide.

Small teams ensures that everyone contributes, everyone brings their best and in the end it’s a win/win.
